Prepaid Cards & Usage

We offer various virtual Visa and MasterCard options.
Both online and real-life stores that accepts Visa or Mastercard, except restricted merchants.
Yes, our cards are accepted globally everywhere Visa and MasterCard are accepted, but subject to local restrictions. See banned countries.
We recommend not using VPNs to avoid fraud flags, but it may work in some cases.
Cards cannot be used in OFAC-sanctioned countries. See banned countries.
MetaCard supports both Apple Pay and Google Pay, so you can easily add your card to your mobile wallet.

Expiration & Redemption

Check your card email for expiration details. Most links are valid for 3-6 months.
Yes, cards have an expiration date shown in your dashboard.
Click the link in your email and follow the on-screen instructions.

Balances, Fees & Limits

There is a $0.1 fee for transactions smaller than $5 and a $0.75 fee for domestic transactions.
There are no limits. You can spend entire balance of your card in one go.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Orders are final once processed, but contact support for help.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support.
Report any misuse to support immediately.
